Mirror Mash Blast — last updated 30 May 2026

This page explains how to permanently delete your Mirror Mash Blast account and all data associated with it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)

If you can still open the app, this is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.

Open Mirror Mash Blast on your device.
Tap Profile (from the home screen or the in-game menu).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the warning prompt. Your account is deleted right away.

2. Request deletion by email (if you can't open the app)

If you've uninstalled the app, lost your device, or can't sign in, fill in the form below. We'll process the request within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done.

3. What gets deleted

Within 30 days of your request, the following are permanently removed:

Your profile document — users/<your-uid> — name, email, level, score, stars, streaks, mascot stage, and inventory.
All purchase records — users/<your-uid>/purchases/*.
Your public leaderboard entry — leaderboard/<your-uid> (name + scores).
Your username reservation — usernames/<your-name>.
Your Firebase Authentication account.
Local data on your device (when you delete from inside the app).

4. What is not deleted

Store purchase records held by Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat. These are governed by their own data-retention policies and required for refunds, taxes, and receipt history. Contact those stores directly to delete them.
Anonymised, aggregated analytics that contain no information identifying you personally (e.g. total level-3 completions on a given day).
Server logs required for security and abuse-prevention are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.

5. Retention timeline

Immediate — In-app deletion removes Firestore profile, purchase history, leaderboard entry and Firebase Auth user within seconds.
Up to 30 days — Email-requested deletion is completed within 30 days of receipt.
Up to 90 days — Backup snapshots and security logs roll off and are deleted automatically.
